Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout", you will then be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We will normally process your order within 24 hours. Delivery will be made in accordance to your requests.Standard U.K delivery will normally take 3-5 working days.If there is to be a delay with your order you will be notified via e-mail on reasons why.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

For purchases under 30 days old, we will exchange the faulty item at our expense. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and daytime contact number so we can arrange an exchange delivery.
For purchases over 30 days old but less than 12 months old please send back the item to the address below, along with a covering letter stating the fault, your order number, and your daytime contact number. We will contact the relevant manufacturer who will inspect the item and, at their discretion, repair, replace, offer a like for like replacement, issue a voucher, or they may return the faulty item if they feel there has been no manufacturing fault.
If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give you complete satisfaction,you may return it to us for an exchange or refund as long as it is new and unused or in it's original packaging. Golfwarehouseuk cannot accept returns on used merchandise,custom fit clubs or personalised goods.You must contact us ,via email,of your return within 7 days of delivery of the goods. Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment. A full refund will be given including the cost of delivery. This guarantee must be exercised within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise.Proof of purchase will be required.
