Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout", you will then be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept all Visa and MasterCard credit cards, Maestro, Delta and Visa affiliated debit cards through Netbanx our online banking service.Your order will be processed once your payment has been passed.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally process your order within 24 hours. Delivery will be made in accordance to your requests.Standard U.K delivery will normally take 3-5 working days.If there is to be a delay with your order you will be notified via e-mail on reasons why.
Please note that Next Day deliveries does not include weekends/bank holidays and in order to guarantee delivery, orders must be received before 12.00hrs.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy

Faulty Goods-

If an item is faulty, or becomes faulty through normal use, please take the following action.
For purchases under 30 days we will exchange the item at no cost to you. In this event please phone or email us to arrange a replacement.
For purchases over 30 days, but less than 12 months, please return the item to the address below. After inspection we will either repair, replace or return (if not a manufacturing fault) the item. If faulty, we will reimburse, within reason, costs incurred for returning the item.

Exchanges-

If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give you complete satisfaction,you may return it to us for an exchange or refund as long as it is new and unused or in it's original packaging.Golfwarehouseuk cannot accept returns on used merchandise,custom fit clubs or personalised goods.You must contact us ,via email,of your return within 7 days of delivery of the goods.Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment.This guarantee must be exercised within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise.Proof of purchase will be required.
Send the item to the address below with a covering note, including your name, address and order number, explaining the action you would prefer us to take.
We recommend you use a reputable courier for large items and Special Delivery for smaller items.
We accept responsibility when we have signed a receipt for the goods.
